In 2015, Walmart Canada launched its Grocery Delivery & Pickup program in Southern Ontario. This groundbreaking program allows customers to purchase fresh groceries online and book a timeslot for home delivery or pickup at the store of their choice.

As the lead UX designer on this project, I was responsible for designing the end to end experience, including: new shelf & cart layouts, slot booking, checkout & order amendment.
